1. Information We Collect

Email signups. If you sign up for our early access list or launch notifications, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.

Account information. When you create a Session Tracker account, we receive basic profile information from your social login provider (such as your name and email address from Google or Facebook) or your email address if you use magic link login. We do not store passwords.

Information Collected Automatically

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the informational website. GA4 collects information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring websites, browser type, device type, and general geographic region using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information by default. We do not use GA4 within the Session Tracker.

Device location. The Session Tracker offers optional GPS-based location detection to auto-fill which casino you are at. This feature is opt-in, requires your explicit permission through your browser or device, and can be disabled at any time in your settings. Location data is used only to suggest a casino name and is not stored separately from your session records.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are retained for a limited time.
